Five services of HSIIDC now under ambit of Right to Service Act

Punjab Newsline, Chandigarh–

The Haryana Government has brought 5 services of the Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) within the ambit of the Right to Service Act, 2014, ensuring a defined timeline for their delivery.

According to the notification issued by Chief Secretary Sh. Anurag Rastogi, Water connection and sewerage connection services will now be provided within 15 days, with the Field Incharge, Engineering Division designated as the responsible officer, the Head of Department (Engineering) as the first appellate authority, and the Managing Director as the second appellate authority. The approval of revised zoning plans will be completed within 45 days under the supervision of the Chief Town Planner and the Managing Director.

In addition, HSIIDC will ensure daily cleanliness of public washrooms and complete repair and maintenance of these facilities within 15 days. These inclusions are designed to enhance the efficiency and quality of public service delivery in industrial and public infrastructure management.
